    Transportation

Transportation is only provided for students living in the DPS Northeast Denver region.  Families outside this region are responsible for their own transportation to and from school.

Students in the Northeast Region will be picked up / dropped off by school bus at any of a number of neighborhood DPS elementary schools or other local locations.   DPS tries very hard to locate bus routes  such that students have a bus stop near to their home, and so that the total transportation time is minimized.   However, because of the widespread geographic distribution of Polaris students you can expect longer routes than would be normal for a standard neighborhood school.

The DPS Transportation Office is the source for all information concerning bus routes, schedules, etc.   Once your child is attending Polaris, the transportation office will contact you regularly by email with any changes or updates concerning routes / schedule.

Click Here for additional information and school policies for student drop-off and pick-up.
