Do you love our fabulous Electives program?
Does your child love it? (Silly question!)
As many of you know, our wonderful Electives coordinator Sherry Beardshear has been heading up Electives for seven years. The 2015-16 school year will be her last year at Polaris. We are looking for who “the next Sherry” (or “Sherries”) will be. We realize these are big shoes to fill, but we are confident there is someone in our community ready and willing to take on this role. Sherry will serve as the mentor Electives coordinator for the first semester, with the intention of handing over the reins for second semester. We would love if the candidate has an education background of some kind, and considers him/herself organized, flexible, a problem-solver and can manage/delegate to a team of people. If you are interested in this role, or have a few questions before you’re ready to consider the job, please contactSherry at email@example.com or Kara at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is also a strong TEAM that works with Sherry to ensure the Electives Program is a smooth sailing vessel. If you are unsure whether you are the right person to fill this role, but are interested in being a part of the Electives team, please sign up, as we will soon be having an informational meeting to help plan for and support the upcoming personnel transition.
